Native Portuguese Award Wining Star Tony Lima spent his College Years in Southern California and began his acting career in the eighties. Having been a champion black belt in Judo gave him the opportunity to star in various action films.
He studied with aclaimed acting coach Milton Katselas, at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. His ability to speak several languages led him to a variety of roles in Portugal, France, Italy, Spain and the United States and he has worked with some of the finest directors. His roles cross both cultural and class background, from a villain in Le Grand Cirque to a Mexican cowboy in the spaghetti western The Sons of Trinity, and to a miner opposite Christopher Walken on The Rundown. When he’s not filming he can easily been found riding his Harley or working out. Right now he’s emerged on a few projects soon to be shot in the United States.
